I have a Tascom 302 Dual Cassette Deck and when i plug it in it says ERR 3? can you help me out.... the problem with ur cassette is the belts u need to replace he belts

Left deck doesn't "play" anymore. Left deck doesn't "play" anymore. when "play" is pushed, the tape just runs in fast speed. when fast forward is pushed, the tape runs even faster.
