When I copy, send a fax, or scan it turns out HP 6310 all in one

...solid black this is a hardware issue..connect the printer to the wall outlet..and then try to make a copy..if its still the same then machine should be replaced..reason is scanner blub is gone

The scanner bulb goes back and forth about an inch in hp 3330 prt

...for a few minutes and then same. The scanner blub mirror needs to be cleaned and possibly the underneath side of the scanner glass. The scanner is not finding the marks to make it function
