replace all fo the fuses for the ignition and the gas pump to include the fuel pump relay. Just in case. Most likely timing belt but possibly fuel pump. I had the same problem with my plymouth voyager

at. Your water pump is driven by your timing belt. If it needs doing, a good reccomendation is to do your timing belt, tensioner, and timing kit, because it's that big of a job and that time consuming
