I have the same watch Mingrui WR30M, its making been sound every 10 mins for around 1min. Not sure what mode is set. How can I stop this from happening. reset it

Mingrui WR30m watch and also the day setting unless these are corordinated? Keep on clicking on mode until it comes up with the seconds flashing. Then click on reset 5 times until the day is flashing.

I have a Mingrui company sportswatch.But the instuction paper is not fot my watch.It is WR30M Call the company and see if they will send the paper work you need to your house.
