tv's picture flickers the color off and on. I'm not sure if the picture tube is going out. It's only about 4 years old and I'm worried that something is seriously wrong. Can you help? Most of the time

Ad gone; but you could try openning it and check if the crt board is mounted on the tube's neck properly. do this at your own risk since you might get a shock if not familiar on how to handle
