I just got a ms290 stihl chainsaw off someone and he said it had been sitting for couple yearsit won't start and when pulling to start it feels kind of hard to pull what should I do

How to clean the filter screen on my STHL BG55 blower. Starts with no problem, then stalls when accelerate, or never gets below an idle speed. Replaced spark plug and checked the air filter.
