I suddenly have no heat I had heat when it was hot not the temps outside are low and no heat inside car or defroster sounds like you may be low on coolant. or your heater control valve is faulty.

core but low RPMs cause a loss of coolant flow and thus less heat. 2. The heater core is starting to plug up due to dirty old neglected coolant. The extra RPMs cause more flow which leads to more heat
