i have a km800mre model that fills with water and overflows into the storage bin, the water pump doesnt come on, the pump only comes on if i toggle the switch to wash? Change the float (water level)

Where is the reset for a hoshizaki km800mre most all machines by Hoshi, the reset button is on the control board. take your time and look at it as it is labeled but is very small.

km800mre compressor starts and runs fine. fan never comes on. fan bench tests fine wires are good. need new board? That model number comes up as a air conditioner. Could you recheck that number?
