Heater like a shrieking door, coming and going. It seems to be at the thermostat. Can you help? seems to me you have a bad bearing in the fan. if you can access the fan, have a few drops of oil poured

heater motor,fan making noise furnace making noise when fan engages Check to see if something is in the fan blades that is throwing it off balance. Also check the belt to see if it is ready to break.
