Upper element only get up to 212F. The bottom element gets to about 220F when thermostat is set to 450F. Upper element has been replaced. thermostat is bad

How do you clean this grill? Hi, Only use dish soap and water... you may have to let it soak abit... but do not submerse it or use abrasives on it... heatman101
