how to adjust timing on 94 dodge with 318 engine timing is controlled by computer, no adjustments can be made!

on a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 318 can the pcv valve being bad cause enough pressure buildup to cause the engine to idle rough and at some random times die? Thanks for your time. No.
