I cant chat with any one using vchatter.The "The I cant chat with any one using vchatter.The "The next person" and "end" button i didnt saw last few days.Please give me a solutions

it wont let me chat with other people when i go on it i click random chat and then it just stops and wont let me do anything apart from take pics

vchatter saying loading but not loading why ERROR .. please I want to video chat  it have error in it.
