Hi,my defy f790 it does not icing in the upper part of freezer. it shows error status indicator and temperature indicator can't go to 18 degrees,please help I don't know how to reset it

...and hope you can pry off ice, use a plastic scraper never metal. I remember doing this in 1960, a boys chore. DO NOT pry the ice off. You need to get a blow dryer and melt the ice
