It spins out of control if I don't keep it under load. Im not sure what you mean "out of control" but the tool is only meant to be on while in use . If the tool is really going crazy ,pull off orbital

I need a new pad ours is worn out. makita 0125mm B05010 120 volts 532117A 8 wholes. Buy from one of the many on-line parts sellers. Or do a Google search and you'll find hundreds.
