ware is the fuel pump rely. the fuel pump relay is usualy on the fuel pump it will have two wires that goes to it one is + 12v ign on the other is 12v control {pump on start and run }

relay in the picture, pin 8 is hot all the time. If you use proper jumper wire between pin 8 and pin 10, the horn should sound. If it does, have to check coil/control side of relay, voltage and ground
