Hello, I try to help. But your questions not spesific.
Below are conditions lamp indicators that appear blinking and solutions:

1. If Timer and Lamp blinking --> Auto timer on/off was been set, picture will appear ~ 25 second.
2. If Timer and Standby/Temp blinking --> A cooling fan inside the set is not operating properly.
3. If Lamp and Standby/Temp blinking --> The lamp cover on the rear of the set is not installed properly.

check the lamp if you havent changed it before that would be the easiest place to start. if the lamp is popped you will see glass pieces rolling around in the lamp.

Its possible that your lamp is bad, or you have not closed the lamp cover properly. If you don't close it, the sensor will tell the TV not to turn on.

The manual says if the lamp light is blinking to check the lamp cover. If it is the temp light that is blinging check that the fans are not locked or shorted.

The color wheel needs replacing. Thats causing the whining and it will also make the lamp light blink.

The most common blink code for the Standby/Temp LED is the Temp Sensor and or Actuator Board. You can confirm which on by jumping the CN106 connector on the Actuator board. If the set works now, the Temp Sensor must be replaced. If it doesn't work, the Actuator Board would need to be replaced. If you are not familiar with the chassis or electronics at all , I do not recommend trying to fix it, call a professional. Don't take the chance of damaging it further.

Re-position the safety switch behind the lamp door and if still the same try replacing the lamp.

Guest= Yours seems to be your lamp needs replacing, the buzzing is the lamp inverter trying to start the lamp and the lamp says NO.

The temp light blinking means that the fan is not running. The lamp light blinking means that the lamp door os not secure. Check to be sure that all access doors are closed properly. There are safety interlocks to prevent the set from powering up if all doors are not properly closed. Did you replace the lamp recently? Re-open the access door and be sure that it is closed completely and straight.
