FYI: WHOEVER told you 110 chips can be replaced with 120 chips is wrong.
Easy way at this point to way at this point to see if chips are the problem is to UNSOLDER AND REMOVE BOTH CHIPS. Make sure not shorted connections and power set up---set will function without the chips but look terrible.
Try Suburban Electronics for the correct chips----only safe replacement for them is the 150 chip----stk-392-110 and stk-392-120 are not interchangeable.
The blinking light indicates a short.

I have the same Problem... same year , model..
what I noticed with mine was.. My right rear Light cluster is not as 'bright' as the Left side... and I think thats whats triggering the msg.. When I pulled the bulbs out.. (one in particular) the Metal contacts inside the socket, were corroded and half of it looked 'dissolved' from corrosion .. Havent remedied it yet.. may have to replace the whole light assembly... but, thought I'd mention it to you as a place to start.. / look.. G'luck ! g
1. try to replace your headlight bulbs / running lights.
2. if this does not solve your problem, look for the relay switch for your headlights and replace it
3. for your running lights, search for the fuse (normally located under the driver's console) for your running lights.
Sorry you're having a problem. Especially after replacing the Hose/Regulator Assembly. So here's what you need to do, to correct the problem
1. Turn the gas tank valve OFF and disconnect the hose from the tank.
2. Wait 5 minutes and reconnect the hose to the tank.
3. Open the tank valve VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow).
4. Once the tank valve is fully open, light the burner farthest from the tank first and set the burner
control knob on HIGH. Does the flame height look correct for being set on HIGH? If so, light
the remaining burners the same way. Do all the burner flames look correct? If so, you solved
the problem. Remember, to always open the tank valve Very, Very Slowly.
If that didn't solve the problem, you will need to replace the grill's
Hose/Regulator Assembly, again. Because, like the first one, it permanently locked up. It runs about $30.00 at any home center or
hardware store that sells grills & accessories. If you replace it,
turn the tank valve ON Very, Very Slowly.

Mine had the same problem at 30,000 miles, it was in fact the O2 sensor. I had it replaced and haven't had the CEL since. I've noticed that RSX's have this problem quite often, so don't be too surprised. Let me know if this helps.
