Question edited for full 'make model (what it is)'.
Question moved from MISC to model category.

Always difficult to find leaks. See it you can remove the bottom and look at the tank heater and element. Also look for a crack in water tank, 'clear leak', or in the basket holder, 'coffee leak'.

Contact Black and Decker and ask for a warranty replacement.

!0 Cup home Bunn. Does not brew the number of cups of water coffee (water) in craft. 8 cups of water 6cups of coffee.

If you don't brew often enough you will loose a small amount of water in the tank due to evaporation while the tank heater comes on and goes off to maintain the proper brewing temperature, so if it has been a while since you last brewed, without coffee in brew basket put a carafe of water thru the brewer, you will get less than a full carafe out because it fills the evaporated space in the tank first then uses the rest to brew. Once your tank heater shuts off usually 5 minutes on less you will get out all the volume you put in.

Water overfill

The A10 has a semi-sealed tank that keeps +1 pot of water heated and ready to brew. Pouring in a full pot of cold water will fill the top tray and allow a slow trickle of cold water into the top which forces hot water to over flow into the brew basket. This continues until all the cold water drains into the heater tank. So the brew is matched volume per volume. UNLESS the tank was empty or not filled prior to brewing. Follow the brewing instructions from Bunn (on line for *FREE* download at Bunn.com)
* If it leaks (from the bottom) only when you pour in water. Then your pouring it too fast and over flowing the fill tray. slowdown, watch the level in the tray. do not fill past the lid.
* If it leaks just sitting (not brewing) then there is a hole in the tank. Call for service.
* If it leaks after filling the tray half way. then the top of the tank has a leak, loose, cracked, or missing gasket. There is quite a few gaskets on the lid. Call for service.
* Final; Leaks are always bad around electrical equip. Best to unplug and call for service to be safe.

PS. Check your using the correct size decanter for this brewer. If it's a 10 cup brewer then make sure all the decanters in the office is also 10 cup. Pouring a 12 cup pot into brewer will have 12 cups of coffee come out (over flowing the 10 cup pot.) Note that not all decanters are made the same size. Other brands may be different. Test by filling a pot with water (from faucet) then pouring directly into pot in question. It should match and not under fill nor over fill.

PS, Check the pots in the office. Make sure they are all the same size. Decanters come in 3 sizes; 10 cup, 12 cup (standard), and 3L (3 litters). Check the decanter brand as each brand is a bit different in size. All metal decanters are usually very small (8 cup). What ever size you use, just make sure they are all the same.

Fill tank with water and put plastic coffee pod in place. Press the power button and cup size and nothing happens except a smelly substance is injected into the water tank.

Keurig B60. Brand New used maybe 4 Kcups. Now it won't fill a full cup setting. Maybe 1/4 cup. You reset, get a little more to run through. At this rate going to be a long time for a full cup. took...

if water does go thru it...try white vinagar/water mixture about 1/2 cup vinagar to full tank water..
run cycles until empty...NO Kcups..then run full tank of clean water.....

Water leaks out from underneath coffee maker

Well they don;t give these away for sure. Lets see if we can help you out. ? are you over filling it.This happened to me because I was reading the fill line wrong. {got new glasses} . If not may be you could try makeing less. But if only 1/2 cup comes out and no more, that wouldent indacate a leak in the tank, if there was it would all leak. Try backing off on the coffie and water, and see if it still leaks. if it does get back to me. DFD
