Where can I get a printed operator's manual for this scanner?opy

Hi Doris,
Please make sure the Operating System you are using corresponds with the printer driver.In other words,make sure the driver you're installing is compatible with the Operating System on your PC.
Check out your Operating System's compatible drivers for downloads from this Dell support site.
Make sure you unlock the scanner bed by pushing the scanner lock down.
Check the USB cable connections and make sure its secure.
If problem persists,return the product if still on warrant.

I have found it only one place on e-bay. Go to http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=160607466519 or go to www.eBay.com and type in item number 160607466519. That is the only place I have found it so far. The price is $13.99 plus $2.75 for shipping and they have two bottles left. That is the only place I have found it so far, hope this helps and feel free to contact me with follow up questions.

If i'm not mistaken that color has been discontinued, keep an eye on ebay for bargains.

If you contact the manufacturing company, you may be able to purchase the stocks they have left. This should hold you over as you search for a similar color.

Hopefully Resetting or Initializing the scanner will clear the problem and get it working again for you. Instructions for these procedures are on page 38 and 39 of the scanner operating manual. If you don't have the manual, you can download and print it, at no cost, here:

Your BC72XLT SCAN feature samples one frequency/channel at a time, but it should only stop on active frequencies. If it's stopping on inactive frequencies you may need to adjust the squelch. usually there are no settings as most computers see the barcode and crdit card scanners as keyboard/input devices. unless the manufacture has additional software and drivers the device is simply an input capture device.
