Bosch oven cooling fan is continuously on at the same speed and is on always no matter what the temperature is. Upper heating element does not turn red hot in broil mode.

The oven has internal fan at back of oven encircling the element that should get reshot when stat turned up high. Also there is cooling fan under lid to keep the wiring area cool. This should stay on for around ten - fifteen minutes after cooking finished. David "The Famous Forry"

2006 town and country minivan running hot after replacing thermostat

Well Michele, you have several problems. First the cooling system, you have at least two problems, even if you replace the antifreeze the system can hold the correct pressure because of the leak; on top of that you have or a broken cable or a stucked valve on the heating system that means there is fluid trapped inside the system that should be flowing to the engine with the rest of cooling liquid. With the car off rey to move the temperature selector from cool to hot and try to hear if there is any sound of parts moving... Of you can here it, the cable/link is working but you have problem with the valve that's not openning, you need to replace it.

About the steering try to see if the leak is in a hose or in the pump(is attached to the engine, where you refill the steering fluid) in any case you need to take it to the shop to be replace/fix.

Mobile home electric furnace multiple problems

Hello im not familiar with this model, but looking at the schematic for the models its similar to a heater blower. as you say it is heating up but only blowing cool are but the thermostat is turning off as its getting hot, the only thing i can find that would make it do this is if its blocked on the heater element, or the heater element is only half working, the device has a thermal fuse on the heating element this could also be a problem you would need to remove the try that hold the heater element ands test the heater element with a meter to see if its working if that's fine, then one of the thermal switches would be at fault. there is alot of model number for this brand but they all have the same setup. the panel for the heat looks like it only has 2 screws hold it in place, but disconnect the fuse before opening the unit. there is 2 setting on the heater elements that means there is 2 elements one top and one bottom in the case. there is also 2 thermostats on this model im looking at that are for the heater controls these would when they get to the temp required turn the elements on and off. there is also a thermal fuse that if the element gets to hot with turn it off. check these. remember dont open the unit until the power is off and disconnected from the mains supply . personally i would think the thermostat switches need replacing, these are cheap to replace the part number is on them use the same part number to get the right part ebay or heating suppliers will have these parts in stock, they wear out as they the only moving parts apart from the fan but thats working or you would not have cool air.

Check that you have added the smoke fluid (oil) to the engine and that it has not run dry. The smoke from the engine is generated by a small chamber with a heating element built in. The heating element gets hot as the loco runs and heats the smoke fluid up which in turn creates the steam/smoke. If there is no fluid the heating element can over heat and will smell as you describe. Not sure if your model has a smoke effect on/off switch, if it has switch it off if you do require the smoke effect.

I have a 2006 Hyandia Elantra, the heater does not get hot until the car is moving, but then the car starts running hot

Sounds like the cooling system is low on fluid. I would check that first.
Could also be a problem with the thermostat sticking.

Low radiator fluid light came on, engine started to smell like burnt wire/oil? Turned off let it cool and than added fluid. Heater now not blowing out hot air. I am plannig on adding more fluid b/c light...

will try to help.let car cool all the way off 1st take radiator cap off, top off w fluid, start car w/ radiator cap off. let it get to operating temperature w/motor running, keep addind fluid, look under car for leaks the whole time please!! if at any time-- you see fluid coming out beyond what you may spill or overfill,,shut the car off!! you may only be low on radiator coolant.with the radiator cap off while filling, you should see the fluid moving[circulating] inside the radiator, bubbles moving downward,,ok spewing upwards out of radiator NO if this repairs good, replace cap and drive 10miles regular speed. no hot,,good,,if hot let cool copletely, check cooling fan relays under hood, black box, look for fan relays, when key is moved back from on to off,,relayshould tick, put your finger on it while someone turns key off to on,WILL NOT SHOCK YOU!! just a very small vibration to fingertip. if this good, with engine running, do engine fan come on to cool, look between radiator and engine,at the fans to insure it;s coming on. you really should be able to hear it, but i prefer to see it visually. AS ALWAYS,IF YOU NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE OR HAVE MORE QUESTIONS,PLEASE REPOST YOUR QUESTION, AND AN EXPERT WILL HELP WITH PHONE OR ONLINE ASSISTANCE.

3.5cu camper dometic refrigerator. how long does it take to cool and should i hear it turn on? is it normal for the heating elements on the back (leu) to get hot?

If the element is hot thats what its supposed to do...if the whole back side is hot its a problem,as far as how long you should feel some cold in at least one corner of the freezer in an hour or less...On a hot day mine takes about 3 hours to get in the forties in the friodge and zero in the freezer.

Even thuogh I made sure it was not on economy mode my hot tub will not heat up and the message board keeps flashing the word cool, do you know what could cause this?

it may be a bad temperature sensor or a bad heating element. Sounds more like a heating element. The cool should just be a warning or depending on the model, could mean that it thinks the water is too hot and is in "cool" mode trying to cool the water. Have the temp sensor and the heating element checked.

Ive just bought wr450 is it normal for bike to get hot if just left running on the stand bike is 2006 model. when you turn off you can hear the fluid in resovoir not the rad. ive been told this is not...

If there is no radiator fan to cool it off , it will sure get heated up if the bike is on a stand.
Its the wind tht blows through the radiator once the bike is in motion tht cools the fluid.
