Subsidy Password usually asks in Motorola phone.If it is a locked phone,you insert other network sim card without unlocking it,it will ask for subsidy code.BC50 is motorola phone battery type.So you need to specify the correct phone model,IMEI number,network and country it is locked now.Get subsidy code from the site Onlinegsmunlock.com and unlock your Motorola phone from network lock.Then use with any GSM network sim card.It will not ask for an unlock code.

The OS is only looking for that single providers Sim Card and does not understand the signal from the other sim card.
