I bought the same TV yesterday and I've used code 1065 to program my sky remote, which worked fine. It's thanks to the answer relating to Mitsubishi and TiVo cos I used a Mitsubishi code!! Hope it works for you.
Try each of the above codes until you find one that works the power and volume functions. If you have no success or you need code entry instructions, please post back and I will try to assist you further.
Hold down select and the red button together for about two seconds, until the red light on the Sky remote control blinks twice.
Press tv on your Sky remote control again.
Key in the code 0157. The light on the Sky
remote control blinks twice. If the light blinks once only, recheck the
code you entered and start again at Step 1.
Press the standby button on your Sky remote control. If your TV switches off, press select. The light on the Sky remote control blinks twice (code stored). If your TV does not switch off, press tv, then press the standby button. Repeat this (press tv, then standby) until your TV turns off, then press select (stores code).
Easy peezy...just press TV on your sky remote, now hold select and the red button until it blinks twice, after it blinks twice enter this code ...1430....it sjould blink twice again, now press standby,it should turn your tv of,if it does press select to save these settings,it should now control your volume too,let me know if this helps
