1st you need to update the firmware to 1.3u download firmware here http://ca.konicaminolta.com/support/americas/digital_cameras/dimage-z/dimage-z3/software_drivers/index.html (this allows 2GB cards) instructions are here http://ca.konicaminolta.com/support/americas/digital_cameras/dimage-z/dimage-z3/software_drivers/firmware/installation_guide.html (instructions are a little vague on where macro mode button *flower button* is) Also, you might have a bad SD memory card. format the card (erasing all data/pics on card) and take some picks and try again.. if you can If still a system error try a different SD card to get past error then update firmware with THAT SD card. IF that don't work.... your hosed... ;(
Did you delete them on the computer or the camera? If they are safely on your computer, you can erase and optimize the card for the camera by going into the menu and finding "format"...follow the on-screen instructions.
