6 seems like a Keyboard controller BAT test error.

It sounds though that your motherboard may be defective :( Going to have to get a new one most likely, sorry :(

Haveing the Model number of the Intel board would help. We need this information to help you.

Ok, since you first did this with Intel support, then I'm guessing that they also had you first take out the CPU(s) and then reinstall it... Now have you tried testing the RAM in another computer? Last but not least, have you tried switching out the PSU? You could also try to use a POST probe PCI card, to see if you get any indication of an error, or that POST was actually initiated. Usually, you'll at least get a POST beep letting you know what is the problem, but you didn't state that here, so I'm wondering if that is running as well.

first of all are you using AGP or Pci video card, or is this intergrated?
