How do i downgrade firmware on epson px720wd printer

Determine your current revision level then go to Epson and get a firmware version earlier than your current version. If Epson's software checks the revision level and will not allow you to downgrade then I would stop now.

Editing epson-protected images

No, if an IAS image is edited it will fail the verification test. If you need to edit an image, a copy of an unaltered Epson-protected image can be made for editing purposes, keeping the original image unaltered.
