The A7 can work with standard AA batteries so you could just pack several extra sets.
Without knowing what country you're in and what country you're traveling to, I can't give you any specific recommendations, but a local electronics or office-supply store should have a selection of adapters to fit the plug of your charger into foreign power outlets. I found one at a nearby Radio Shack for my upcoming overseas trip.
you can download usermanual for this model thru: www.samsungcamera.com on the search bar just type in the model which is a7 and you can see option for usermanual
What type of battery are you using. What does the manual tell you to use? Plain alkali are not good. They should be Ni Mah or Li-on Came back with more information
Camera of this type are usually considered-'Consumable' Like small radio DVD players toaster and kettles if it gets broken you buy the next one. If it fail in service under warranty is it replaced complete - there will be no parts. Duct Tape can come in very useful for this type of thing
My camera will not turn on , it froze last month whilst the lens was out so i pushed it back in and it started to work fine this time it has forze or broke with the lens inside and it will not turn on the batteries are fine but i cant turn the camera on?
Contact the Samsung Technical support for a repair opinion
Then look up your local Internet for a repair firm
Bear in mind the likely cost will be heavy.
It may be a case of you paying a lot of money for shipping/insurance/Inspection/only to find it cannot be repaired because of lack of parts.
Does your battery work with regular AA alkaline batteries ? They have higher voltage than NiMH rechargeable. I'm having a similar problem, just discovered today that my camera works fine with AA alkaline batteries.
