I am not sure how new/old your camera is but when I had that problem I had to re-install the Kodak software that came with my camera. It worked fine after that. My new Kodak i just bought-(of which i am not a fan of Kodak but had to go cheap when looking for a long zoom) worked right away without installing anything-it didn't come with a disk either; however; it showed up in the My Pictures section not the My computer..so maybe check there...best of luck

It means that the transfer is in process. It's letting you know that you shouldn't turn off your camera - it is busy!

For the camera to be able to read the files, they must be in the same format as created on the camera itself - this means folder structure, date, naming convention and all other EXIF information. To be able to use the card in the camera again, it will need formatting - in the camera, obviously.

I?ll be fine. All your original pictures are on the C drive. Unless you have changed the directory onto which you save when transferring: You can find the pictures under C-Drive, my pictures. The camera might need to be recharged. The camera doesn't charge from the computer while transferring pics. You will need to switch the camera off before the camera will start charging.

Can't veiw pictures from memory card on camera

Some cameras do not allow a computer to camera transfer. It causes the card to have a different initialization not compatible with your camera. If the pictures are safely on your computer, format the card in the camera and it will be fine.

My camera wont upload videos, but it works fine with pictures.

Goto any radio shack and get a external memory card reader this will allow you to get your pictures if the camera or cable is defective.
