What was the error reported? Things to think about: 1. Have you installed the updater for LifeDrive? It's worth making sure you have the latest ROM. www.palmone.com/us/support for more details. 2. What extra software are you running? Some of the usual suspects include Docs To Go. Make sure you have the latest version of Docs To Go. 3. Consider removing all third-party applications and adding them back one by one to find the culprit.

Pls help me for power on fail

If your Treo loops or freezes during a soft reset, a system reset may help. Performing a system reset allows you to get out of an endless loop in order to uninstall a third-party application causing the looping: 1. Press the Battery Door Release button and slide the battery door downward to remove it from your Treo. 2. While pressing and holding Up , use the tip of the stylus to gently press the reset button on the back of your Treo. 3. When the Palm Powered logo appears, release Up . 4. Delete the third-party application that you suspect is causing the problem. 5. Perform a soft reset. The wireless features of your phone are not available until you complete this step. Good luck!
