Lights in oven are special, but are readily available at Home Depot or Lowes. You need to remove the old bulb, take it with you, and you will be looking for a utility bulb. The bulb usually has a heavy glass dome over it, held in place by a spring clip
It is a good chance that the bulb (s) have burned out. I would think they would last longer than that but things are not as good as they used to be. Unplug the microwave before removing the bulbs. Especially if they are the screw in type. GE usually has two bulbs in there and they could be the halogen type that just plug in or the screw in type.

the light bulb is screw type so turn only. with heat, bulb can jammmed over time so you may have to break it and get a pair of plyers on the cap. turn off power to do this
