My old yahoo mail had a saved mail and i can't find it any more

How to change back to Yahoo
Log in to your yahoo mail account
In your web browser go to the yahoo mail home page sign in to your account using your yahoo ID and password, then click the yellow sign in button. Once you've successfully logged in you'll see your email folders on the left and the what's new and inbox tabs in the middle.
Choose the mail classic option
On the upper right side of the page there are three links -- Mobile, Options, and Help. Click Options, and when the drop down menu appears, choose mail classic
Confirm that you want to switch back
A dialog box will pop up with two choices -- switch to yahoo mail classic and cancel. If you're sure you want to switch, click the first option; otherwise, choose cancel to keep the new yahoo mail.

Depending on your computer's speed and your internet connection, the switch may take several seconds. When it's completed, you'll be looking at the old familiar yahoo mail classic interface.

This is how you can change your password.

• Log into your Yahoo!Mail Account.
• Click on 'options' on the farthest corner on your right hand side next to 'Mobile Mail'
• Select 'mail options' [this opens a 'Mail Options' page]
• On your left hand side,[where there's the 'back to mail' option] click on 'Account Information.'This opens a new Sign in to Yahoo! page.Note that you only have to put your password and click Sign in.
• Now your Accounts information is displayed here.
• Under 'Sign-In and security' is the 'change password' option.Click on it.
• Now change your password and save.

Here's a way to go back to classic Yahoo Mail.

Change first the display settings of your desktop. Change it to lower resolution. 800 x 600 is recommended.

1. Click the "Start" button on the bottom left of your computer to display the Start menu. Choose the "Control Panel" option from the right side of the Start menu. The "Control Panel" window will open onto your desktop.

2. Double-click the "Display" icon from the Control Panel to open the "Display Properties" dialog box. You can then select the "Settings" tab from the top of the dialog box.

3. Slide the bar under the "Screen resolution" setting of the "Display Properties" dialog box to decrease the screen resolution. Choose 800 x 600.

4. Click the "Apply" button at the bottom of the "Display Properties" dialog box to apply the settings.

5. Choose the "OK" button. The "Display Properties" dialog box will close and the settings will be saved.

REMEMBER: All icons and display image of your desktop will get bigger.

Next, open your internet browser and log in to your Yahoo mail Account.
The New Yahoo Mail does not support lower resolution of display setting. So it will ask you to switch back to Classic Yahoo Mail.
You will find the two links to switch back to Classic Yahoo Mail on the lower right portion of the page.
Click it.
The next time you open your Yahoo Mail, it's in classic mode.

You can return to your original display setting of desktop once the switching was successful.

Enjoy the old Yahoo Mail.

Here's a way to return back to Classic Yahoo Mail.

Hello, I'm sorry but this is no longer possible. Yahoo has disabled the old mail to encourage users to continue with the newest version. You are allowed a switchback temporarily if you have a slow connection.

Don't worry though, yahoo has promised to make the new mail infinitely better.

Recently there was an option called "Return to Original Mail!" under the "Help" menu, but now it's no longer available and there seem to be no other options other than disabling the Firefox javascript from firefox settings.
Before you login, open Firefox click "Tools" and then "Options" and select "Content", from there, click "Disable Javascript" click "Apply" or "Ok" to save the changes made and restart your Firefox. Now to to Yahoo!Mail and login, once you are signed, you'll be prompted whether you would like to go to Yahoo! Mail classic or not, or you may be asked to enable Javascript to run the page, carefully check the warnings or message and do whatever you think would open the Mail Classic, if it's related to javascript, proceed without the Javascript, this will open your mail is Classic Mail (I have mentioned two example warnings because they both will show up or one of them will definitely show up). Now you are in Yahoo! Mail Classic version, and it's been set, means you have returned to Yahoo! Mail Classic. Whenever you login through another browser eg. Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, it will remain as it is now.
Note: This method doesn't work with Internet Explorer 8 and 9 and Google Chrome.
