Network Connection I am trying to install my DLINK 570 Network card on my Jornada 568. I have the PC card adapter installed, but I cannot get onto the internet to via a network connection to my pocket pc. How can I get the jornada to recognize the DLINK card as a valid connection to the network/internet???

Hi, You need "localization" software: it translates system commands as well as provides virtual keybord layout, handwriting recognition. I am using PenReader and Polish Localization done by Paragon Software ( avaliable on Handango) ; they have Spanish version as well. Thaer are other companies which do same sort of software.

Jornada 568 Sync Problems

All you have to do: Select Device Manager, select "Universal Serial Bus controlled". Re-install the USB driver from Active-Sync CD. That's it.

why flash it at all?, if it works or did, why do that?

hint, its not at HP support ended what 7years ago.
its 16 years old now. why fool with something this old.?
if it works leave it be... no parts now. from HP, only used parts.
many used part are bad.

Clock out of control

I have a Jornada 568 but I've never seen the behaviour you describe. Is it possible that you damaged or caught a small part when you installed the new battery? Your new battery, was that the small round battery or a battery pack on the back of the unit. "Resetting to Factory defaults" suggests that there is no power at all, doesn't it? If the small round watch battery is dead then that might effect the clock.
