My memory card is not being read in my samsung nv20 camera.. after taking 6 pictures the camera tells me that memory is full, i have tried taking the card out and back in again, but no luck, the card is a 1gb card and is not locked,

The camera is telling you that the internal memory is full. To get your card to work, you must clear it. With no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format" and follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory. Then, your card should work unless you formatted it in the computer, in which case you'll have to format (completely erases it) it in the camera.

Sounds like the memory card maybe corrupted. Try using a new memory card.

Take the card out and review the pictures. Put the card back in and review again. Are the pictures different? Most cameras continue to use the internal memory until the pictures on it are erased by formatting in the camera with no memory card inserted. Then, when the card is inserted, the camera writes to the card.

just insert the memory card in to your card reader

open removable disc, there you will see a DCIM folder open it then go to SSCAM100, SSCAM101
each folder will have 100 pictures, you can copy and paste them to your PC

this camera takes only cards wich are formatted first on the camera.It will display an error message if you do not use a formated card.See your manual page 59

The problem is with your phone not the memory card. To better solve this problem I will need the model and make of your phone.

If memory card is full, just try to delete one picture and try to take a picture and check if it will be saved in the memory card.

There is a Delete All option.

Or if you want to, you may format the memory card and the pictures will be deleted.
