My scanner AV121 hanged while scanning documents, first from the software then hanged in feeder and wont scan any more?

in the middle of the job the software will remain on a certain image, yet the scanner will continue to scan. Afterwards the scanner continues scanning and finishes the job, but still the software hanged and nothing happens anymore..

Paper won't feed through to the printing area

If when you mash print and the paper doesn't move through to be printed on it may be because you don;t have the paper inserted properly or maybe someone jammed your printer and tried to unjam it the wrong way and didn't tell you....hope it helps

THERE IS TWO REASONS. PICKUP SENSOR PROBLEM OR IN THE FIXING UNIT HEATER SECTION PROBLEM. SOMETIMES HEATING ELEMENT BURNED. CHECK THE BOTH ITEMS .
