When pipes are disturbed, often times debris is knocked loose from inside the pipes and ends up blocking the inlet screens on washers, etc. Turn the water supply off to the washer, remove the hose from the back of the machine, and look for a plugged screen right there where the hose connected to the machine.

Hi

When the Dishwasher won't fill you'll need to check for the water inlet hose, the water inlet valve and the float switch assembly. When the water fills your dishwasher, a float rises along with it. As the float reaches a certain threshold level, it shuts off the flow of water, thereby preventing a leak. Sometimes the float can get stuck in the wrong position in your dishwasher, and it can prevent your dishwasher from filling. Sometimes it can happen due to float valve and on other occasions due to float switch. Inspect the water hose coming to the dishwasher for any blockages. If the hose is not clogged then check the water inlet valve for any clogs, if the water will not even fill for few seconds then certainly the water inlet valve is bad and should be replaced. You can also use a multimeter to check continuity on inlet valve. If you don't get any value on the multimeter then you'll need to replace the water inlet valve assembly. However, if the valve is fine then the float switch assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

The fault is symptomatic of a malfunctioning water control valve- the hot water one, if the washer is hot and cold fill, and the cold one if it is just cold fill. It is not closing correctly so it needs replacing.
However this Washer Forum does not supply service centre numbers, engineers, spares or prices; it is just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home, from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web ;-0)

Also members on Fixya are not 'affiliated' to, or representative of, any manufacturer at all, just using their experience gained probably over many years.

You will either have to search in your local telephone directories OR stay on line and search for '(make) washer service' for instance or '(make) washer spares' and hope that you can find someone reasonably local.
Sorry again ;-0(

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

It is possible that a low water pressure can increase the time for the program and so this can lead to the program contrroller hanging up to show the flashing.
So remove the inlet and the water line to the inlet, check the filter and the inlet valve. If the pressure seems good , check the flow when the program starts.
Also counter check on the water level sensor, the drain pump/valve. finally check the winding on the heater using a multimeter, check the power to the heater during the program.

How to diagnose? My Kenmore won't run. First it was flashing the clean light 7 times, so I figured out how to reset ("High Temp Scrub"/"Air Dry"/"High Temp Scrub"/"Air...

Once this code goes off, it is not going to run. The module has picked up ths issue as you said. I would check the sensor first. You can make sure it is getting current by testing the circuit.
