Schlage keyless lock lost 6 digit code and no sticker inside either

You will need to take the keypad look off of your
door and record the 6 digit programming code and the two factory
default PIN codes. You then need to perform the factory reset to
erase any codes and restore the lock back to the factory defaults.
This procedure is outlined, as well as the programming of the device, in the attached instructions.

How can I program my electronic keypad lock when the instructions with the programming code have been lost? The back plate of the keypad side of the lock on the exterior of the door has a sticker which includes the serial number, six digit programming code and two pre-programmed four digit user codes. The lock must be disassembled to a point the exterior of the lock can be pulled away from the door and the information on the sticker made note of.

There's a wealth of info under that heading. You will be able to see a PDF file of the original print instructions, as well as a video of how to install the lock. This is useful because there should be a sticker to be found on the backside of the keypad, with the code number ( the programming code) that you need to reprogram the lock. This installation video (fourth item down) will be useful to allow you to disassemble it and view the sticker. This is also a great time to change the 9-volt battery! A battery should last about three years under normal usage.
The ninth item under that same header is a video which walks you through how to reprogram the keypad to your new code, using that program code that you found on the backside of the keypad.

A note about the PDF files: If you cannot view a given file, you need to first install Adobe reader. You can get the free download from here:

Good luck--and please provide feedback if this helps!

I can't find my key code card to my lock: MFG

Rather than list all the steps, which get lengthy when typing them step-by-step, I'll provide you with a weblink to the Schlage web site that has both pdf's and videos showing you how to re-program and operate your lock set. You can download the instructions to print and save for future reference too.

As you've forgotten/lost your master code, you'll need to use the restoring instructions to reset your lock to the factory default settings, so you can then reprogram new codes into your lock.

Basically, you'll need to open up the inside compartment and push the reset pin/button in order to clear all current code programs and then start over with inputing new codes, etc. Have your key with you, as you'll need it in case you accidently lock yourself out, while reprogramming the lockset.
