ACER ASPIRE 4520 keyboard problem
In laptops with a small screen (14,15" ) the keyboard is accordingly
smaller than for desktops, and there is no numeric keypads, or arrow
pad. So the keys 7,8,9 0, U,I,O,P,J,K,L ,comma, dot, / have a triple
function: the primary function, the shifted function, and a third
accessed by an FN-Fx key combination. The actual key combination may
depend on manufacturer. If that key combination has been activated, the
foregoing keys perfom the third function they were designed for..
Read
your laptop manual to find out how the Fn- function key works and
deactivate the Fn-Fx combination responsible for your keyboard behavior..(this article was posted by k24674)..
or else u r keyboard is likely to b defective or ur ram or the system board..
lightly strike/tap the keypad using ur hand..
if
u r a professional, open the keyboard..deep clean all the carbon
contacts beneath the keys using Iso-Propyl alcohol..put/stick
'Carbon-Dots' (available in cheap level spare market) as n where
necessary..
hope it'll work..
