How do I change font size on p-touch 1880? I don't understand the manual.

To just change the font size, press and hold the Code button. Then press the 1 (! and Size) key several times until the desired character size is reached. Then release the Code key. However, the size of your label tape will limit the font sizes available. To change the font, press and hold Code and then press Font until you get the desired font. Release the Code key at this point.

get the user's manual try to check if it is a manual on how to change the font size, if not..search it to internet.

don't change the font size, that is a bad practice. use the zoom function CTRL+ zoom in CRTL - zoom out

Go to Menu -> Settings -> Display and Light -> Font type. Here you should see the fonts installed in your phone. Go ahead & change it !! Sorry don't know about themes creator...

Sounds like you may have a maximum length set that keeps you from printing over a certain length of label and it is adjusting your font size to fit that length. You may need a manual to figure out how to reset the length.

To change the font size, do the following:


1. Press the "Function" key

2. Press the "Left Arrow" or the "Right Arrow" key until the display shows "SIZE".

3. Press the "Function" or the "Return" key. The current selected size setting is displayed and a triangle indicator pointing a sample of the character size above the display.

4. Press the "Left Arrow" or the "Right Arrow" key until the desired Size is displayed.
* SIZE1 equals Standard Size.
* SIZE2 equals Double Width.
* SIZE3 equals Double Height.
* SIZE4 equals Double Width & Double Height.
* SIZE5 equals 4 x Width & Double Height.
* AUTO, the machine will automatically adjust the characters to the largest possible size according to the width of the tape installed in the machine.

Press the "Function" key or the "Return" key to select the characters size.

if your firmware supports that settings, you can always find it here.. 1.  press menu 2.  select settings 3.  select display and light 4.  select font type 5.  select from the given option and list 6.  save and exit.

I started checking I figured out that if you move your fingure around the circle while texting that it changes your font size. You don't have to go to your settings or anything like that at all. Just run your finger around the circle one way or the other and it will change font size. Hope it helps

There is a section that deals with font size:

1. Press Function
2. Press the left or right arrow button until SIZE is displayed
3. Press Function again (or the return button)
4. Press left or right arrow button until you see the size desired
5. Press Function or return button to apply changes.

By pressing function button (Fn) and the number 1, you will get the choice between Large, Medium, Small and Max.
Also, you can press Fn, tap the left or right array until you get "Size" in the display, and then press OK to enter the size menu.
