it seems you have wrong APN[access point number]
go to setting and check for your apn
call to the sim/service provider and ask for the apn setting
they will end it .after recieving apn set it as your default

This is a fatal error which means that there's internal problem with your phone and needs to contact service for repair. In most cases, it Software problem, Flashing (re-installing the operating system) the handset will fix it, but if in case it's related to hardware issue eg. CPU Failure, it's not worth getting it repaired. And I don't think it can be repair either.
First visit a Service Center and get their help. Flashing is also done at Service Centers or at Local Mobile Repair shops.

You can try with a different sim card if you have one. Or if you don't call att and tell them that you get this displayed on your phone. After they fix it use your unlock code.
It simply means, call whomever you pay for cell service: AT&T, Sprint, Boost Mobile...etc. There's likely an issue with your account that needs to be resolved.
when you are upgraded to windows 7 means ,please contac your internet service provider ,there might chance ,like your ports,might be blocked ,get the help from your internet service provider or esle if you have any firewall or antivirus software means disable it and try to access the internet.
