Dont know how to set the time and stuff on my adidas adh4003 watch!

There must be some buttons on it, you can press it one by one, it will be set.
General, watches are same.

press and hold the set button, after that some of the digits are flashing, it means it can be set. the mode button is for next to be set and the start?lap and stop is use for adjustments. i hpoe i had been helped you with this solution.

By the looks of the photo, the display will only be visible when the light is on & to have it on all the time will be exhausting. Unfortunately you have a "Stealth" type watch.

ALRIGHT LOOK HERE THIS IS A SIMPLE STEP THAT WILL WORK...hold A (top left button) It will start blinking. After you press the the A button press the B button (bottom left buttom) it will change from light ON/OFF to Chime ON/OFF.. if you keep pressing it you'll get the the part when it says time and all you to do is press button C (top right button) for INCREASE and button D (bottom right button) for DECREASE this will fork 100%

First look for the set button then press it ,a long press and If it is blinking that's the time you to select the hour ,the minutes,the day/date,the alarms and the special features of your watch.The right button the up and down or for scrolling.Try all of this so your time will set.
