Hi,
It is only NTSC capable (American TV standard). Will not work with PAL system.

I'm sorry to inform you that the TV cannot be used directly with PAL color system. However, you can use a PAL to NTSC converter to resolve the issue. You can get the PAL to NTSC converter from any local Electronics Shop.

Hello
Your TV model has only NTSC system with it. No PAL or SECAM. It is not a mutisystem compactable one. Check whether your DVD has NTSC playback option. If it has, you can see discs writed in NTSC system through your TV. If it has not equipped with that system, it is useless for your TV. Sony KV32FS120 and KV36FS120 models are only meant of US standard, and have only NTSC system with it. Ok.

How to play pal country camcorder on this TV? The picture is black & while and moving.

The reason is because your TV can only play NTSC standard video's not PAL. The PAL Camcorder will not output in NTSC unless it has the option to do so. The only way to get this to work is either get the video converted by a local video shop, or convert it yourself with a few programs on your computer. To do this on your computer you can look at this web site http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/convert_pal_to_ntsc.cfm for some instructions on how to do it.

My sony wega 55'' tv screen goes blank including the sound and then comes back on a minute later. When the tv is first turned on the green light blinks 11 times

same thing is happening to me.....i chatted with a sony "expert" on sony's website he told me to use different inputs for the sources, im like listen pal, this is happening on hd channels also, where else can i plug the antenna? no response from the expert lol, but im still looking for an answer

Kv 27ts27 set works fine except lost color. now black and white

pls check and selact in your tv colour system PAL / NTSC / AUTO
set Auto colour system is Best .
set chennal Auto serch
if not
then problum is in side tv pcb. so repare pcb with nr. thech.

Sony KV XA 21M80 Trinitron- HUMMING NOISE AND PICTURE NOT CLEAR

If your set has a humming noise when connecting the cable, call your cable company. There is a ground issue. This can also be a safety issue.

If your signal is PAL, and your TV is NTSC only, you will have to replace the TV with a PAL one in order to properly view the programs.

Hi,

Offhand no, conventional US TVs are designed to operate on NTSC whereas to my knowledge, Argentina uses PAL.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
