I hav a yamaha aerox 10cc scooter and hav small problem at first everything was workin tidy i went 2 start it 1day by the elec start and turned over but not like it did so thght nothin of it went 2 start followin day and nothin happend so chekd the battery and little things (ect) put battery on charge c if it was dead but it has full charge so had a lil look at it ? so i use the kick start nw but after a few days the rev counter stoped workin and my indercaters start flashin realy fast is there any persific reason yyyyyyyy this has happend ??????????

Sounds like you have a ground fault. I once had a car with a faulty ground wire on the headlight, when I put high beam on the speedo would jump to 170km/h and the indicators would glow dimly. Sure sounds like a similar ground fault to me, check all the ground straps, from the headlight or anywhere else you can think of.

the battery earth to the bikes chasy may be dirty check all battery leads are clean and tight plus any to the frame,,,

How cold? You are right if it is really cold try a bigger amp battery

neutral/safety switch might be bad. the safety switch that is controlled by pulling in the brake lever

use a vom/ meter on current setting put in circuit ..take hot off battery attach one lead to bat + the other lead to heavy cable u just disconnected. but 1st charge bat to full. see current draw. start to pull one fuse at a time till current drops. that circuit is the culprit. then youll need to find out why is drawing w/ bike off. wire chafed ? minor short.. or when running meter on battery 14.5 volts not running 12.5 volts if the vovtages don't go up when running regulator or altinator is bad or bat wire .. get the manual.. a big help...
