It's in the manual.
ECO is a selectable mode. Turn it OFF. Page 6 and 9...

Thanks for your prompt, albeit not so polite reply. I have however already checked the manual - prior, of course, to logging online to consult a knowledge base.
Perhaps I should have added that only the ECO light is on and NO BUTTON (including eco) changes anything, remote buttons included. The screen will not display anything whatsoever in any scenario. The only indicator that it is in fact plugged in is said Eco light.
The instructions state that I should push Eco, and the display will say "Eco on/off"
I then press enter to select the function, and move the jogger to change said function.
This does not work, because as stated, nothing reacts to my pressing of any button.
Opening up the unit showed a few solders that were hot in the past, but everything visible without removing cards is a secure solder. The positive terminal on the card where the power comes in was the worst looking connection - I re-flowed that and added a bit more - no change.
We can't make assumptions regarding anything other than what is stated in the post. You are right, perhaps you should have revealed all the prior steps you took and that you have the manual. It wastes both our time if a complete picture of the problem and unsatisfactory resolutions isn't provided up front.
My reading of the ECO Mode write-up on page 9 says to hit Enter within 4 seconds of pressing Demo/Eco. THEN it will have ECO options to change with the Jogger, but for only 4 seconds.
