I think you're in trouble. It's a known bug, and can't be fixed by us on the forums. It's caused by placing overlarge files in the store or by overfilling it. For your reading "pleasure"... http://discussion.brighthand.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=114651

File format not supported.... I can't play a mp3 file on my phone despite changing name already

try to delete the file or mp3. after deleting the file transfer another mp3 file using a cable or by bluetooth.
this phone supports MP3/AAC/M4A however if your file e.g is not supported and you just rename it it wont work because it was not originally written in the file format that you device can handle.

hope this help

Am not able to unlock my nokia 5310XM mmc

Use any file explorer like FExplorer and search for a file called "mmcstore" it should basically be in "c:\system"

Rename it to mmcstore.txt and open it.
At the end of that file will be the password.

If you've already formatted the phone, It's a bad sign. Than it would be next to impossible to retrieve the password or reset it.

File copy error.

maybe your drive is already full, if your drive is already full try to delete the temp file or delete your unnecessary files, if not try to check the file that you are trying to copy, maybe there some associate file which have a long file name, try to rename it but copy first the original file name to notepad, and after copying rename again your file that you renamed before, if still not tell us what kind of file you want to copy.

Kingston DataTraveler2GB

Hi, I couldn't get any software utility or firmware updater/repair from the Kingston site, however, I have tried the HP Drive Key Boot Utility and it works even for Kingston and JetFlash. The bad side is it completely erases the contents of the USB drive. Should you want to venture and try it, it is available for download at http://h18000.www1.hp.com/support/files/serveroptions/us/download/23839.html file name is cp006049.exe Hope this be of some help/idea. Post back how things are or should you need further information. Good luck and kind regards.

Can't remove programs

When you try to remove certain programs on the PDA the following message may appear and in some cases the program will remain no matter how many times you try to remove it: Due to the nature of the PDA and the fact that the operating system is resident in memory at all times, some .DLL files cannot be stopped and removed. For example, the program below uses a .DLL file to run a program on the Start screen and is therefore always running. The only way around this is to rename the file via Active Sync. In Active Sync on the computer, click on Explore. You may have to wait a short while until Mobile Device is displayed, then follow the program file to where the uninstall file is located, i.e. \Program Files\OmegaOne\BattPack\BatBar.dll. If you try and delete the .DLL file the following message will appear because the file is in use at the time: Select BattBar.dll file and rename this, making sure the file format has the .*** suffix and is different from any other valid format, for example, do not choose .jpeg / .mpeg. In this case we have renamed the file Aaa.aaa. Once the file is renamed and saved, remove the PDA and soft reset. The program linked to the .DLL will no longer be present on the PDA. You can now re-dock the PDA, synchronise and go back to Remove Programs and successfully delete the file.
