I would unplug it . Wait till it cools, take the top off and push a small tube down inside the water tank but long enough to come out and get below the bottom of the tank and syfon it out.
Check if the water is coming back out through the overflow into the tank. If hot water is running into the tank, it means the output is clogged. Run something small up the water output in the top part of the brew head and swirl it around to break up any deposits there. Then run a cup without a k-cup to flush out the debris. A friend of mine actually used a small straw and sucked out the clog - but I wouldn't recommend that!!
I looked up your problem and found the same one was answered previously on fixya. I have copied and pasted the previous answer here for you. Good luck and I hope you have a great day!
After many months, I solved the problem of the red light staying on the Tassimo Coffee Maker. Use these easy steps.
1. Fill a 2 cup measuring cup with hot water.
2. Mix in descaler.
3. Pour in the empty water tank.
4. Put the yellow cleaning disk in the chamber and close chamber. Put the two cup measuring cup under the spout.
5. Push and hold the brew button for about 3 seconds (until the red and green light flash.
6. Now don't touch the machine. It will do it's thing for about 20 minutes. (Don't be impatient and start to push buttons, just leave it)
7. When it finishes it's cycle. The red light will turn off. Then clean the water tank and put fresh water and run clean water through the brewing cycle 4 times. Your machine is now ready for use.

Found the answer on another fixya post. Seems like about the same product.
The brewer should be de-scaled at least every 3-6 months. Scale is harmless, but if left unattended, it can hinder optimal brewer performance. De-scaling your brewer regularly helps maintain the heating element, removable water reservoir and other parts of the brewer that come in contact with water. Better water quality and water heating means a better cup of coffee, tea, hot cocoa or iced beverage. We recommend de-scaling your brewer at least every 6 months (every 3 months if your water has a high mineral content). The de-scaling process involves using 48 ounces of undiluted white vinegar.
Take 48 oz of white vinegar. place in tank. pretend you are making coffee (Do No Use K Cup). let the water fill you mug. then empty that mug. Do it again until tank is empty. then let sit for 4 hours. Then fill with fresh water to the top. let that tank of water run thru. towards the end taste the water. If you taste vinegar..use more clean water, until the taste is ok.
I tried to help you. Please help me and Vote/Rate this response. Thanks and good luck

My wife's mini single cup B31 quit dispensing hot water into the K-cup. It would go through every stage and the pump came on but no water, no coffee. Try this: unplug the unit, take the drip tray off and lay the Keurig on its back, with the top opened so you can see the dispensing probe and the rubber ring that seals to the top of the K-cup. The dispensing probe is sharp, with two small channels, one on each side. (Be sure you can spill a little water when you try this) With a kid's water blaster, or a rubber bulb, squirt water up the channels on each side of the probe. Do this a few times, then try to run it normally. That worked for me, and loosened the few coffee grounds that were plugging the outlet.
