My phone is not working perfectly and i cant open my phone camera because of some virus

Motorola phones does not recognize any virus files,it can be camera problem or flex connector that should be fix or replaced.if can you dismantle the phone,let's start from the camera,by facing the upper part or screen,remove the 2 rubber stopper at the top of the plastic lcd frame and you will see 2 screw that needs to be release,at the bottom of the plastic lcd frame,gently pill the frame using a cuttet or blade because there are 2 screw hiding and then unscrew it using t6 precision screw,another hidden screw is from the camera cover at the back part of the lcd screen,genlty pill the glass with a blade then unscrew the hidden screw,now lift up the side clips on all sides and back cover on the upper panel is ready to remove,now check the camera that consist a flex connector, clean it using any rust solution or lacquer thinner and gently scrub the camera connector terminal using a toothbrush.place it back and assemble the upper panel and check weather it is working or not,if not,might need to replace new camera module so it can be use again.
