Connection with my iPAQ 3660

Hi, I've just got a Compaq iPAQ h3660 from a friend who never used it. Unfortunately I did not get the cradle and the USB cable. Could someone tell me how can I connect my iPAQ to my PC via an USB port . - with an autosync cable: are the cables standard. Most of the cables do not mention connection with h3660. - with infrared? How? - with Bluetooth. My iPAQ does not show connection via BT. Thanks. for your help

Here's an eBay auction for a the ipaq, cradle and cover, no bids yet.

Compaq Ipaq not Charging

As I understand it, the basic cradle that comes with the Compaq Ipaq 3870 does not charge. If I were you, I'd either seek out a charging cradle or google the instructions for modifying your cradle to charge. Good luck...

HP Ipaq h5550 does not connect through cradle

First sorry for my bad english.I have a same PDA (acually its dead :-( ) And me too had this problem.Try moving a little bit your pda on cardle, or (this looks like crazy but actually worked for me) do not fully put in the cardle into pda.I mean dont stick in into cardle, just a little bit.

PC/PDA "connected" yet PC won't read PDA

try syncing through bluetooth, there could be a problem with the cradle. i have had an issue very similar to yours and had to do a soft reset on my pda. then set up your device to use a blue tooth connection( you may need to buy a bluetooth dongle for your pc).

IPAQ 3700 series

Most iPaqs use a small AC Adapter This model will still need an AC Adapter, because it does not draw any current from USB to charge.

3970 Stuck

Try this, take the ipaq off the cradle, turn the ipaq off (if you can), restart the desktop, put the ipaq back in thc cradle, turn the ipaq on, and restart ROM update again.

Microsoft Visual Studio - Can I use this to program for an iPAQ H3600 Series

The only thing I can think of that you would need(in addition to MS VS) is an SDK for PPC2002 or PPC2003. Not being a programmer, I can not say for sure, but I am aware of different Software Development Kits for the different versions of Windows, including PPC.

IPAQ 4150 - Sync Problems

It might be a hardware problem - if you get it both with the cradle and a sync cable, then it might be the connector at bottom of Ipaq. But I don't know for sure. If it's intermittent like this then it doesn't seem like a software problem.
