All what you can do is to use a USB pendrive to be connected and all image files required be copied to the USB. ( select the images, copy and paste to the USB)
If not use the CD writer to copy the images or a SD card.
If you do not have a pendrive you can also use your ipod.
Most picture formats, the part of the file after the dot, are the same for both types of computers, ie jpg, gif, tif, etc. So if you have the computers networked it's just a matter of copying them over the net from one machine to the other.
If you don't have them networked you can use a 'jump drive', which is a storeage device that plugs into a USB port and copy them to the drive and then stick the drive in the other machine and copy them off. Jump drives, sometimes called Thumb Drives or USB "sticks" have really come down in price these days.
Otherwise your third choice is to burn them to a dvd and then copy them to the other machine via the dvd you made. Or if you really want to do it the long way you could email it from one machine to the other :)

-If they are simple .jpg files then I would suggest you just e-mail them to yourself, or have her e-mail them, from the Mac.
-If the e-mail does not accept the file format, then you could always use a usb flash drive.
-Finally, if you don't have a flash drive, you could use an online storage cloud such as the Skydrive from Hotmail. These usually offer at least 1gb of free space to use and you could upload it from the Mac and download it again from your PC.
Hope one of these options help you!
