I am a photographer, but I usually use a classical argentic Reflex, well, any of those cameras must be cleaned up once a year; regarding the design of each camera, some information are available on the notice...

try to relocate your cam away from monitor, speakers or from pc. there maybe interference coming from these units. you may also try moving the cam cable and check for loose or intermittent connections. try removing/ reinserting the cable several times, this will gonna clean the pc to cam contacts
Go to in Creative website: Change your country -> Asia -> Korea (Republic of) -> English -> go -> support -> downloads -> Web cameras -> PC-CAM -> PC-CAM 600 --> (Bingo!)
