Saeco magic deluxe machine is making crunching noises when makes coffee and when returning to start position. Sometimes does not make the coffee grinds coffee but not letting water through almost seems like a part on the central system is getting stuck and not going back to start postion.

Saeco Incanto Sirius , i hold-it when i moved house from the top side stainless bars cup warmers and then when i wanted to use-it again and the message on the display says Brew unit Blocked. I bought a new unit and now when i turn the machine on it-s making a loud noise i think coming from motor.Without the brew unit the motor it's turning normaly .The grinder i'ts working coffe it's coming into the brew unit , but no water. The brew unit it's not moving when is in the machine and makig lod noise. Can you help?

There is a lever inside the door on the right. It is at the top in the center. Pull it back one click and try again. The crunching noise does it sound like a clicking noise?
