    I have the same slicer and I need the washer on the inside of the blade and the square center bolt. I do have two blades, but I will go to a machine shop and have this bolt repaired. The washer just came off the collar of the square bolt. Gunner

The Rival 1100 series Meat / Cheese slicers where the best! Now Rival only offers plastic models, hard to clean and are junk!
I pick up these Meat slicers all the time, Used naturally but in great condition! I sell them as parts and complete running units, I have in stock right now several models, most will interchange some if not all the parts. I sell on Ebay also, you may contact me there at black_pearl_trading_co copy and paste that into the EBay search on thier site, you will find me. Now I don't always list parts or Slicers... so contact me for a current list of parts or units.

What a great site. I am looking for some feet and an extra blade for mine. I have used this thing for the last 20 years and I found it at a garage sale in new shape for 20 bucks back in the late 80s and while I do not have any problems with it so far, some day it is going to need some parts and a blade. For a smaller home slicer it sure has been a good one. The only thing I had to do is find a new spring so the blade held a little tighter, as the old one got weak and the blade would wobble on tougher meats.
I am diabetic and I use it for everything. I slice my bread into 1/8 and 1/4 inch slices to loose some of the carbs by making the slice very thin, and I still get to make sandwiches, cheese toast and stuff on a shingle. My favorite bread is sour dough and I can get 50 slices out of a loaf. I owned two of the plastic ones and the slices are terrible and all over the place if you set it for thin and I had a great big one that worked great, but it took up half the counter and cost a fortune. Oh well, I have said enough. It is a high quality unit and worth keeping in tip top shape.

    How do I tell if I have a 1101E 2,3 or 4? my label washed blank on the motor. I've looked at all the pictures on ebay and know it is not the; 5, W, 7 ot 8 models.

Sometimes parts are available on eBay; set up a search to automatically notify you when it is listed. Currently, there is a complete 1101 listed; perhaps you could buy it and sell the parts you don't need.

    I now provide new rubber suction cup feet for Rival Protect-o-matic and Electr-o-matic food slicer models 1030V, 1025V, 1101E and Rival manual slicer models 1000, 1005 and 1010 as well as other brands and models with rubber feet that screw into the bottom of the unit to keep it from moving around and scratching the work surface. These are no longer available from Rival or the small appliance parts houses I've checked; however, I have found a source for NEW replacements that work very well; these are black rather than gray that was used by Rival. Being new production means the rubber is supple and hasn't begun to deteriorate, they will outperform and last longer than used or NOS (if you could find them) parts.     I am once again parting out a Rival slicer and have some desirable part to offer. As of 9/1/11 the following parts from a 1101E/3 are available: -6.5" blade -idler gear -washer -motor screw -motor; runs strong - plastic and chrome housing -food grip, aka spur clamp, aka food pusher -thickness regulator New, function replacements continue to be available as follow: - suction cup feet, in sets of four - thumb nut to secure blade; sorry, no blade stud, just a nut.     In addition to the new suction cup feet I offer for most Rival 1101, 1005, 1010, 1015, 1020, 1025 and 1030 slicers, I also now offer blade washers. These are friction-reducing Mylar washers that mount between blade and blade head (backing plate) and are functional replacements for Rival part number 854-023. I need to know how to remove the blade of an Electr-O-Matic 1025V-1 food slicer (made by Rival of Kansas City -- stainless steel).
On the opposite side of the blade, unscrew the knob until it comes off. It may be on there pretty tight.

Wolfgang Puck food processor model WPMFP20C disassembly My wife's Wolfgang Puck food processor model WPMFP20C died on her yesterday. I wanted to disassemble it to check if it was something trivial like a loose electrical connection. But I can't figure out how to open its metal base even after removing the two screws towards the back of the unit. I tried to pry apart the two parts but they aren't moving, and there aren't any more screws or latches to undo anywhere. Any idea what I could do to make it budge? P.S.
